These terms apply when you use this website or buy from Touchdown Shower ("we", "us"). By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them.

1. Our product
We sell a football helmet LED shower head. The LED ring is powered by running water. Dimensions are approximate. Product images are digitally created, and the color or finish of the item you receive may differ slightly.

2. What's included
You receive the shower head only. A shower arm is not included. It's made to attach to an existing shower arm with a standard 1/2-inch connection.

3. Licensing
Touchdown Shower is not licensed by, sponsored by or affiliated with the NFL or any team.

4. Installation and use
Check your plumbing, your shower arm and your head clearance before you install. If you aren't sure, use a licensed plumber. Use the product only as intended.

5. Pre-orders
Our product is made to order. Estimated production, shipping and delivery dates are shown on the product page and in our Shipping Policy. If a date changes, we'll notify you and you can cancel for a full refund.

6. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in USD unless stated otherwise. Shipping to the United States and Canada is free, and we don't ship elsewhere. Taxes are shown at checkout. We may correct pricing errors and may refuse or cancel an order, including for suspected fraud. If we cancel an order you've paid for, we'll refund you.

7. Returns
We refund a shower head that arrives broken or in bad condition, as set out in our Refund Policy, which is part of these terms.

8. Your legal rights
Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under consumer protection laws that can't be waived.

9. Disclaimer
To the extent the law allows, the website and product are provided without warranties other than those stated in our policies.

10. Limit of liability
To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability for a claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product involved.

11. Website content
You may not copy or reuse our website text, images or design without written permission.

12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada, except where the law of your home province or state gives you rights that can't be waived.

13. Changes
We may update these terms by posting a new version here. The version in effect when you order applies to that order.
