Refund Policy

Touchdown Shower refunds our football helmet LED shower head if it arrives broken or in bad condition.

When you can request a refund
You can request a refund once you've received your order, up to 30 days after delivery.

What qualifies
We can only refund a shower head that arrived broken or in bad condition. We can't refund one that arrived in good condition, including if you change your mind, or damage that happened after delivery.

How to request a refund
Email touchdownshower@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the problem. We reply within 24 hours on business days.

Condition of the item
Apart from the problem you reported, the shower head must be in the same condition it arrived, with everything it came with. If we ask you to send it back, you won't pay for return shipping.

Refund timing
We process approved refunds within 5-7 business days. Refunds go to your original payment method. Your bank may take another 3-5 business days to show it.

Lost or delayed orders
If your order is lost, or we can't ship it by the date shown, our Shipping Policy applies.

Mystery Gift and Custom Team Towel
These are optional add-ons, and we choose what's inside the Mystery Gift. The same refund rule applies if either one arrives broken or in bad condition.

Shipping Protection
Shipping Protection is an optional add-on. We refund it if we cancel your order or your order never ships.

Exchanges
Want a different team? Email touchdownshower@gmail.com as soon as you can after you buy, and we can change your order to another one.
